Here is one of the most delicious and healthy ways to add zest to your dinner plate and it will only take you 15 min!
For these delishious treats you will need-
1 pound of brussel sprouts
half a lemon (or more if you love lemon)
1/4 cup of low fat fresh parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of coconut oil
pepper to desirable taste
Preheat oven to 475
Place on cookie sheet covered in parchment paper and place in oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with your favourite protein and enjoy~~*
